Our Wategos Residence Byron Bay won the Australian Institute of Architects’ 2015 Residential Architecture Award. We were named winner due to the property’s “response to the harsh coastal environment, which exploits the site’s perfect orientation and dramatic outlook to provide an interplay between the landscape and the internal spaces of the home.
